    Printing color from PC but get s/W print. Have tryed with difrent driveres.

      What happens if you click on the "properties" button in the print dialog? Are there options to print in color there? There should be.
      Still, a color capable machine should print in color by default if the driver is installed correctly. If you can, let us know what kind of PC you are trying to print from and which drivers you've tried.

        Also, what programs are you printing from? Some programs force a person to think and act before the program will print properly.

          Have you tried checking to make sure that the pc isn't printing in monochrome? Check your print properties, and make sure that the print isn't set to monochrome.

            Color printing may be disabled on the printer itself. I've seen this on a c782 so your X73x may have the same option.
