I have a really stupid question. I have a customer who purchased a CX310. They are using a non-networked desktop and printing directly to the printer via USB. The drivers are installed and the firmware has been updated. On the display screen it shows Copy, Settings, and Supplies/Status. But it does not show Scan. I looked at the setup manual and it is of little help. How do you enable scanning to this box?
