hi it's first time i work on this printers .i'm ricoh tech .i have customer have accountants program .and printer when i print its give message data out of bounds. please help

notice: printer works fine with word and excel and all programs . but when i print from this program called quick books i 'm very confused what is problem.

I agree with HP:guy, let us know which print driver is being used. The print driver is in charge of taking data coming from a variety of programs that can be capricious and confrontational, and converting that into data the printer can use. Therefor, if you have an outdated or wrong print driver, some programs will print perfectly, but others will not print at all no matter what you do.

my apologies to late reply but customer download it. and i don't know any specification for driver. what about universal driver .ill try it

it's working now i use another driver and now it's working
