I have a customer with a Lexmark x464de mono copier, that has had a drum unit changed every month!! due to wear.
Has anyone had any expereience on this model and if they could tell me if this is normal?
Also it seems to leek a lot of toner inside machine from the developer unit, which seems to dirty up the charge roller causing it to background.
