Just picked up this customer and am looking to get thier larger IT business, BUT, I need to support this machine first.
My normal vendors don't support the supplies very well and I don't have a good source for parts either.
I'm looking for a reliable source for parts and supplies for this machine,... any recommendations?
As a side note, feeding cardstock is as usual problematic, and also a requirement for this customer.
Trying to remove the feed rollers is a real PIA, I ended up removing the paper feed unit just to fully access the rollers,... I can't help but think I missed the stupid simple method. Am I right?
