E360dn Blank Pages

Hello I am working on a clients e360dn has blank pages. Replaced Drum and toner cart. Examination of Drum= vertical lines of toner and no visible print Vertical lines are not transferring to paper (blank pages) Drum is revolving Dev is revolving. All connectors to HVPS intact. Toner seems to be dusting? I suspect something to do with HVPS Drum bias.


Do the connectors between the drum unit and the HVPS tend to mess up? If so can they be removed?

Ok so I dug out a e260d that I had laying around pulled the hvps from it and popped it into the e360dn and presto. Works like a charm
