T650 with error 935.26

Customer called to say has error 935.26 service printhead error. Customer prints a lot of labels. He thinks maybe label stuck in machine. I asked what he was doing just before code and he said he had separated machine from addition tray unit and when he reinstalled he got the first error 935.26

I went there and separated and reset machine and tray option. Machine printed for several minutes then code appeared again. I did a factory default reset. The machine started working and I told customer I would get more info in case it code returned.
Do I need to do something with printhead asm or laser?

Minimal experience on this series. Any help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

The polygon motor in the laser if failing. You need to replace the laser.
