[Error Code] error code

Working on a Lexmark xs955de. I am getting a error code 114-02, service engine error. Not too familiar with Lexmark. Any suggestions would be grateful. Is there a way to reset this code. How can I rectify it. Thank you all in advance.

On the earlier model Lexmarks, that code was for a printhead error or an issue in the black channel of the printhead.
