Not using Fax feature need to disable fax and fax warning message displaying no analog hooked up at bottom of display. Can remove Fax shortcut, but still gives me the warning message. Thanks in advance for the feed back.

quickly, of my head. you have to go into security settings and then edit security setup, something like that. password is admin. under fax menu look there and disable.

Here is the proper method.

You can disable these functions via the operator panel by pressing the following color touch-screen buttons:

1. Menus
2. Security
3. Edit Security Setups
4. Edit Access Controls
5. Scroll to the Fax function(s) and change the status to Disabled.
6. Click Submit.
