error code 980-01 device comm
machine in running , suddenly screen all black and show RIP Soft ware , i on off many time , machine appear error code 904-04 services transfer belt , sometime appear error code 980-01 device comm , can do resetting ? please help , Appreciate

turn on machine with press keypad 3 and 6 until mc reached 100% boot then release button.go for reset transfer belt and press right arrow to complete resetting and exit diag menu.

done , after machine ready , i made copy or print internal report , will appear 900-00 sercices RIP Software , off and on back machine then will show again 904-04

try change printer board and update here ..good luck
