[Misc] Quality problems while printing in a ricoh 1357 PRO

Hello guys, nice to meet you.
Here is the problem, while printing at first everything is fine but after fifty copies, white strips appear in the prints, does anyone have or can get the service manual for this model so I can give it a look. Also I would like to know which type of developer this model uses.
Thanks in advance for the help.

It is available for $9.95 from Qmanuals.

looks like toner isn't being refreshed fast enough.

Very common when you use after market toner and developer.
