Missing counter when printing (Ricoh 3000)

Hi, does anybody know how to enable or disable the counter number on the screen while it's printing sheets? I Have a Ricoh 3000 and when i'm printing sheets, at screen doesn't show up the numbers (printed/quantity)... I don't know if it's a machine issue or some option to enable, can't see where...
    Thanks!

Are you talking about a Ricoh MP C3000, a Ricoh IM C3000 or a Ricoh Ri 3000?

Is the C3000 in normal display or Simplified Display? Have you tried pressing the Job List or Print Jobs to see if that allows you to watch the progress of the job(s)?

When send a job to the C3000 you mat want to change the job type from Normal Print to Document Server. You can then select it from the Document Server and watch the status progress the same as you would a copy job.

          Thanks,

I have recorded a video yesterday (aprox. 1,30mb) showing the display screen while is printing, if there's a way to show/share that video somehow here to understand better my question.

I think it's normal display, because i have another Ricoh 6001 and the display is the same but it shows the numbers while is printing.
Yes, if i press job list is there, i can see the quantity and numbers increasing, but i want it showing in the main display like the 6001.

I'll try your suggestion on Monday and i let you know if it worked.

I've uploaded the video on youtube. Sorry for the quality but it shows the point.

              Thanks,

The only supported video file type using the paperclip on the reply screen is .avi. It has a maximum size limit of 47.68mb. A better option would be to create a YouTube video and post the link to it.

Nice video of the paper coming out but does not really show clearly what we need to see in order to help. How about a good clear photo of the display panel so we can see what options are there.

I only can do that on Monday at my work place, but the video shows clearly that at display doesn't show the counter while the machine is printing, thats why i was showing the paper coming out at same time.

One of the buttons on the bottom of the screen may allow you to pull up the job status display.

                          Hi again,
i've tried to find anywhere, can't get that option enabled on Ricoh MP C3000... i'm almost giving up on this... Yesterday i've recorded this video, printing on a Ricoh MP C6001, and as you can see at the display we can see the counter enabled and counting:

and here on a Ricoh MP 3000, we can't see the counter and i don't know where to enable or is a issue machine... :

Let me reiterate, forget the out of focus videos. They are worthless. Send a clear photograph. You you can't hold your portable device steady enough to get one, hire someone who can

What's wrong with the videos? It is so hard to see them? I'm not shaking a lot.... They're showing very clearly the diference and the issue that i've mentioned here...
But ok, i'll get a good picture...
