    [Misc] Cannot change tray by clicking on trays in the menu

    Hi ,

    We use a PCL6 driver for our RC8000 printer.
    Everything seems to work OK, except that users cannot change input trays by clicking on them.
    Previously, this worked fine.
    They still can choose the appropriate tray in the drop-down menu, but they were used to the previous way of working.
    Thanks for any suggestion

      If they can't select anymore I would think several things.
      Basic: User Rights been changed or altered?
      Medium: Corrupt Drivers
      Hard:Firewall or Security Suite

      I also wonder if Java is implemented in the usage of this feature.

          I'm pretty sure that feature uses SNMP to get the info.
          Ask if they have made any changes to block or turn off SNMP.

          Other than that Vulkor covered it.
