Yes!!!! I need spare parts for my jp3000. It does not scan an image anylonger and service rep says I need the control board the scans the image.

Do you have one?

I'm not sure as the repair person wants to sell me a new one and will not tell me the part that is needed.
Right now it scans but when the image comes out it is straight lines. So I assume its the scanner that I need.
Can you tell me how much you want for the whole unit. If its too much I will not bother fixing it and buy another machine.

The image scanner is what I am looking for. The other moving parts work fine.

If it does appear straight lines when print documents i'm sure there is some problem of your thermal printer head. As i know thermal printer head is not able to fix. So i guess you have to replace a thermal printer head. You may check with that technician to see if he has the printer head.
