I already have one Equitrac Express installation including 2 embedded licenses( frankly speaking it's my first installation),everything works fine with print but have PCC4 on Ricoh MP 8001 and completely stumped on that and it's been 6 month.
Mfp shows( server offline) when log in with'' clear stop start 0 1 2 3 1 2 3 0, from MFP O/P .have to figure it out for next semester ,bad thing is IT guy is completely being junk and would not leave me do anything on server side,

Seems like need to reinstall some of it's component like DCE or a complete reinstall ,i have few MPC3500 in my workshop,few Java cards,PCC4 installation files as i have access to Tessa,Need to dig it deep before i go back there and deal with"m!
