          Jack's email is working fine, so the problem is likely on your end. You were also given our website address, which has a contact link, our 800 number so you can call toll free and given every opportunity to sell your cores. Instead you have filled my inbox with ads for rebuilt fusers. We are not interested in purchasing rebuilt fusers, as that is what we do. We will purchase fixing unit cores and fixing film unit cores (heating elements). If that is what you would like to sell us, we would like to buy them. We will even work out freight arrangements. I am a technician, not a decision maker, nor am I a sales person. If you are interested, I believe you know how to reach us, if you are wanting to peddle something else, we are not interested.
