5.5 mm Nut Driver approx 13" long

I have long sought after a 5.5 mm nut driver with long handle, since suppliers like Ames and Crawford stopped carrying them. I have found one at Polek and Plolek. It is not same design as German made one, no longer available. It is a nice one with new twist it has a floating magnet that will hold the nut thru the most tricky of paths.

Bad news. I am starting to get complaints from my people that the Head is stripping, contacted the the distributor and he is awaiting reply from Manufacturer.

I don't think I've ever needed one that long, but you might try getting a decent thin wall six point quarter inch drive 5.5 mm or 7/32" socket and a small ratchet handle and some extensions. There's even socket adapters that fit into magnetic screwdrivers that use interchangeable bits. Then again, I've mainly used that setup to break free stripped out screws on Ricoh fusers, so I don't know how much help this will be, still, I've been using the same socket for over a decade and a half.

Polek and Plolek has a $100 minimum purchase, that's a lot of nut drivers!! But they also sell vacuum filters.

Wiha is a German tool maker and has several nut drivers that are top of the line. And you can get them at www.KCToolCo.net.

yes and thew were one of the Company that made 5.5 x 220 shaft they stopped making it hence the search for the elusive long shafted 5.5

Katun has a Wiha 5.5mm nutvdriver with a 25.4cm shaft.
