I have a Ricoh MPc4502 in the shop and all I have is the parts manual for this model
But not the service book,
if you help me with this one I'll be grateful and I can send you back manuals or
firmware if you want (I have for several brands).

Have you even tried doing a search of "MPc4502service manual"? Of the first ten links at least 3 were to download sites. 2 were charge. 1 was free.

Yes I google for it first but no luck,

manual is not needed now, turned out that the machine was under contract with somebody else
and secretary who called me didn't know,

Anyway should you need a manual or firmware (given that I have it of course), I will be happy
to share with copytechnet contributors or top posters only (via PM).
