I would need the Riso RC6300 Repair Manual. Seems it is from the year 1991 and has 330 pages. I searched it for hours now, but cannot find it anywhere at the net.

Thanks a lot laitang for the reply and the file. Sadly that one is the 60 pages "Technical Manual". I got this already. I am searching for the 333 pages "Repair Manual". Might be hard as it is from 1991, but as Riso kept the RC6300 alive until the year 2005 there might be a chance.
