I enjoy working on these and other than scheduled maintanence calls I've never had any major problems with them and the customers that I service these for don't mishandle them, my own Optra S2455 I've had for about 5 years and it's printed close to 1.5mil copies with no problems yet I wish you luck with yours and If I come across the other manuals I'll post them.
