Just a follow up on the 045-379 fault code! what started out as an intermittent problem of 10-314, 10-318, and 45-379 gradually turned into a constant fault.
The cause of the fault was a fuser actuator switch that was not making contact when the fuser drawer was closed.
Just a quick adjustment and problem fixed.

machine is a xc1000 press

I'm having same intermittent 10-353 error.which is constant now. Can you please tell which interlock or actuator inside the fuser. Sorry for digging the old thread.

Sorry for the delay, just logged in. Hope you have the machine running by now.
I had a remanufacturer from Dallas come
over (he had a manual), and I
was just an observer. But the
switch is on the inboard frame
of the fuser. With the back
cover open, have someone open
and close the fuser. You should
see a switch that is actuated
when the fuser is closed. You
should be able to adjust this
switch. Hope this helps.

Thanks for response Kellyjmk

I was able to fix the issue by re-positioning the lower cooling belt. it actually goes out of position time to time and need adjustment.
