                                          I don't have the service manual. I am trained on the older Docucolor range and still work on them but my pws expired many moons ago. I might try to get a new one but I have no idea how to do it without going through Xerox

                                              What version of pws do you have ? I have 550 service manual in pdf format so you dont need to have pws. Also I have the edoc version for 550. Send me mail may be will repair somehow you pws.
