Any chance somebody out there has a connection with Kodak? Boss is working on an i4250 and has an error after replacing all of the rollers/shafts/etc. We're Konica dealers and should theoretically have access to Kodak scanner stuff (I think?), but there is nothing on the KMBS website. It's crazy how these scanner manufacturers have so effectively locked down access to their manuals. Fujitsu seems the same way.
