Lanier 5025 service mode / manual please

Please email me or provide a rapidshare link for a ricoh lanier 5025. I never work on these, and forgot how to get in service mode. I know its some crazy program interrupt clear 0 combo but i forgot the exact order

My company lost the key operator code, guessed everything in the world it could be and still no luck. I have to figure out how to reset / clear it in service mode.
