looking for an e-studio 350/450 "Service Handbook" hard-book, not a download

I have the service and parts manual, but am missing the "Service Handbook" for the Toshiba e350/450.

Does anyone have a used hard-book type for sale ? Not interested in a download, thanks.

I only know 3 ways to get a "hard back" copy of this.

1. Download the pdf and print it out
2. Attend a Toshiba run class and ask for the printed version
3. Become a certified dealer and order it from your local Kinkos

Sorry, I already purchased the manual set from you, it came with service and parts manual only, the "service handbook" was not included with it.
Although I have found it online in a pdf file, I do not wish to print out the 766 single sided pages as I need this as a field manual in a small hard-back form.

I just thought someone may have a used one laying around if they changed mfg. they work on or something like that.
