Please help with the parts catalog for the Ricoh 2027 or just the area I need parts. I need to find a part #'s on the toner hopper (front green lever/handle and black plastic area that sits behind it on hopper that breaks often from operator miss use on removing toner) I do not want to have to purchase a parts catalog for this since it's a new customer and they have to pay for parts and not sure if I will continue to service it.
