    savin parts and service manuals

    im having a issue logging onto my rfg-esource acct and can no longer get the manuals that i need for the service end or parts if anyone could help me i would really be thankful and so would my customers

          If you are a legitimate service tech/dealer you would not have any problems with log-in to any Ricoh/Savin etc. sites as I know. If you are not allowed to log-in there might be 2 things - you are NOT a legitimate user and there will not be an access granted to you or your password/user name was punched in wrong 3 times and you were BLOCKED by the server. In the las case you should call Ricoh support. Check out Ricoh.com for a number

              i am a legit tech its just that the company i work for got bought out by a xerox company which is not a licensed company with savin and the deleted our names from the system. but thanks for the info anyhow. ill just have to figure something out i guess
