I have asked my superiors for these manuals as I now have to support these at a new customer. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing. Anybody here have the CLJ 4730 & 9500 MFP Service Manuals?

He forgot to mention that you first have to upload something that is on his 'wanted' list. And then when he gets home from work, he'll send your request to you. Also, if you're looking for a color copier manual, you have to upload another color copier manual in exchange. The site is ok IF you have something to trade and you're not in a rush. If you don't have a manual to trade, he WILL SELL you one. I have done some trading with him in the past and the only thing I can say is the manuals I received from him were missing pages. YMMV.
