Ricoh FW870 Service and Parts Manual

Hi,
I have a customer who just bought a Ricoh FW870 for $500 and would like us to service it. Surprisingly, it works well right now and has 48k on the meter.
I am sure sooner or later I'm going to need the SM/PM for this unit, whats available?
