I have been trying to get in touch with you because I downloaded a Xerox 6204 Wide Format Service and Parts manual from your website Monday and my downloads are corrupt. I have tried 3 different computers and 3 different types of decompression software and they all say that the file cannot be opened and that the file is corrupt.
I have exhausted all measures of getting in touch with you on your website via your contact us form and you have not contacted me back yet. This is the third time that I am trying to get in touch with you on this because I would like to get what I paid for. I don't want a refund, I would like to receive this manual because I need it.
Can you please tell me when I can expect to receive this manual.
