Sorry about that, I get so much crap in my e-mail I missed it. I looked thru my deleated and found you. I just e-mailed you the manual and handbook with updates. you might need an unzip program as they are Zip files. You could try winzip.com, I think you can use that program on a trial. The Service manuals I have are for the 6550/6560/6570 but I understand they are virtually the same as the later series.
