I still have the problem. An E3-10 error, i know that is a high voltage problem but i dont know how to repair it.

If memory serves me correctly, you're looking at a high voltage leak with your charge or transfer/seperation units. Probably just dirty but may have a broken corona wire or something. Ya never know. hope it helps. good luck..
