I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction on this. I haven't looked at it yet and don't have any experience on this brand. The model is an 8090DCI. The customer has stated that the unit made a beep sound and now the screen is blank and that the lamps are on but nothing is scanning.
I've done some searching for a Service Manual and only found end user maintenance information. I've also found a place called ScanStore.com that sells some parts. Does anybody have a service manual or know where I can get one? Is anyone familiar with these or know where I might get some tech support if I need it?
