hate to tell you either way its suckss. if its yours or you are working on it. i hate those pieces of crap. i have seen 3 in my life. everyone had a problem in the doc feeder saying there was a constant jam and theres no paper. tried the sensors didnt fix it. each time it was the board... lol sad part is i can get the doc feeder cheaper then i can the board

easiest way to find compatiable toner would be to run a search on the internet for this machine. i have only purchased manf. toner for it so i dont know
