The edocs (electronic documentation) have everything to service a Xerox machine, including parts lists, adjustments, repairs, status code diagnostics, electrical diagrams, etc. The edoc for a product must be loaded on a portable work station , usually a laptop. The edocs alone are worthless without the pws software loaded first and enabled with a password. It is too expensive to buy a pws laptop if you are servicing only one machine.

Can edocs be converted to PDF so they can be viewed on an iphone while in the feild?
I require service/ parts manual and consumables for a DCCII 3000.

No. Edocs run as part of Internet explorer and cannot be converted to PDF documents.

Ok.
FYI. You can send the IE. html code to a print job and capture it with a pdf print driver program.
Such be the case with html code they should be able to be convert to PDF feild docs.

Laptop requires either windows XP SP3, or Win 7 SP1, with Internet Explorer 8. It will not run on any other explorer. GSN Lock is not required for non-Xerox laptops, it uses PWS Lock.
