Did this Ricoh part number change?

I'm trying to order a gear for an old aficio 1515. The part number is AB017761 but when my parts department tried to order it the item comes up as invalid with no substitution or replacement given. The part number is straight out of the manual and the two other gears I ordered that go with it were ordered without any problem. Does anyone know how I can find a correct part number?
