    getting parts?

    evening. any other konica branches having problems getting parts from konica? seems everything is backordered till may since minolta merged with us....

      We sell the Kyocera version of the Minolta color machines and we have had more trouble since the Monica merger then we ever did before. Toner and developing unit backorders all the time.

          how is a company supposed to stay in business if we can\'t get parts? sure is frustrating when a customer has a down machine and you can\'t get a simple part.
