Canon IR ADVANCE 8295 Toner bottle box Help!!

Hi, I have a problem with the part where the toner goes, hopper. I found out that the black plastic part where the toner sits is not a part that canon sells. Well, I need one and I dont know where to find one. I was hoping someone would help me find one or tell me what to now? And why do they not sell that? Thank in advance.

are you sure you need that black plastic.
The main reason for that hopper to get stuck, is a broken gear and a wonky bottle cam

Below that black plastic theres a rail and easily broken that cause the whole black 5828CB79-A86E-4623-A59F-8B2FE8BB1AA5.jpg lastic out of position. It suppose to slide left and right. When the rail broken it will move front and back in big gap so the catridge knob will not goes in easily when install
