Is anyone familliar with Image-Parts.com in Florida

I found this web site for Image-Parts.com where they sell OEM parts and many of the parts I commonly order are listed cheaper than my current source.
I not sure I trust this company since I cannot communicate with them via the cell phone listed ( cell phone customer unavailable ) or via e-mail ( comes back as undeliverable ).
Has anyone dealt with this company before and iif so, are they ok?

I have dealt with Bruce several times, he has great pricing. He even did an overnight order when one of my copiers busted during a big print job. I actually just sent him an email before reading this to order some more items. I hope he answer.

I tried e-mailing his "Bruce" e-mail and the web site's e-mail.
Bruce's e-mail came back as undeliverable and the other has not been answered.
I'm thinking of placing a small order to see if I get it.
Maybe the reason the prices are great is because if you need to get ahold of them, you cannot.

I received my reply from Bruce today. His email is bruce@image-parts.com I am located in NJ and I would not know where to get my parts from if it was not for him. Does anyone have any names of suppliers for Toshiba Parts?
