Toshiba 3511 NIC card needed

Hi all,
I'm after a working NIC for a Toshiba 3511.
I've been through all the possible troubleshooting and the card seems pretty dead to me.

Question: if i replace the card, do i need to do a firmware upgrade afterwards?

it is same card you can find 230-280-350-450 and some of them you did nt need firmware upgrade try it
