km1500 scanner home position sensor (needed or how to rebuild)

Hi evewryone

Im looking for the home position sensor installed on board of the image scanner (part number 2DD93010)

This little sensor is a photogate, made with an IR-LED and a 3 pin phototransistor.

Does anybody knows how where I can get it, or the led & transistor part numbers to rebuild this litle one?
