My supplier is Toshiba Australia in Sydney.

I think you're after this part 6LA85825000 ACTR-RELAY-371.
It sits at the bottom of the transfer charge door.
Best confirm this is the correct part you are after before ordering it.
Also remove and check the guides around this sensor. Quite often the lugs get busted off the ends or the actuator for the sensor sometimes sticks.

Thanks Jonezy I will give them a call. I googled your p/n, and found part list manual. The part I need is actually 6LE09239000, and it seems it's a common failure.

Cool man, sorry for barking ya up the wrong tree.

I can only find that sensor in the duplex unit or the bypass feeder.
