When we first start doing GRAN and Warranties we would have to just fill in lots of paperwork and fax it straight to the head office of UTAX.
Last year they start using a new system, which is good and bad TBH.
All the GRAN and warranty claims are now done online and we have to scan our document evidence to USB or folder, and browse for it during the claim and attach. It can be quiet awkward to do if you are in a Customer that not set up for network printing.
Do you guys have the same procedure.
