Ricoh MPC4503 IBB spring holder

Trying to find the part # for the plastic piece in the picture that holds the other side of the spring on the ITB. I couldn't find it anywhere in the parts diagrams. The other picture is the other side what is should look like not broken.

Anyone have any ideas. I haven't had any luck finding anything.

I found the actual part using the new 3D Parts Finder software. But when you highlight the part there is no number. Just gives the number for the entire transfer unit assy. Which is D1496006. And I'm sure that isn't cheap.

If I am seeing what I think I see, you are talking about the entire plastic front side of the ITB unit. Even if they made the part available, you are looking at a lot of time and work disassembling the ITB to replace it. Just order the entire unit. You will then have a parts source for some of the other smaller parts that could break.
