I am missing a fusing unit for this machine. How did this happen? I have no idea, but its my issue. Now I can not find part # for said fuser unit in the parts guide. However after having one of my canon techs call support (and finding out he wasn't trained on the equipment) he was referred to look in the TB's. After perusing said TB's for some time we have still come up empty. Any help with a part number for the complete unit would be appreciated.

whoever sold the machine should be providing one, but you can buy most of the parts and try to make one
