C550/650 - black streaks

Hello everyone,

I am getting these weird black streaks on my printouts - I tried to clean what I could but I'm not sure where it's coming from.. any ideas? --- I've provided a picture of what it looks like

That looks like a bad black Imaging unit. I would pull it and examine the drum for scratches and void areas. You should probably check transfer belt and cleaning assembly. Otherwise you should pull out write unit and make sure no toner/developer has fallen on the write glass window.

Yes thats correct, clean black IU and the Lamp under neath and then check again

May be worth pulling the fusing unit and giving the guides below it, on the machine frame a good clean, and also the entry guides of the fuser itself.

Looks like drum scratches.
