Code is constant at warm up. finisher goes through it's warmup motions with no signs of binding or nosie then bam!

Any good fix for this? read the bulletin regarding clips. this machine has clips. Also ordered the free of charge "encoder discs.

Usually when I have had this happen one of the actual encoder wheels had fallen off its shaft.

thanks. I will look for that. I never heard of the term before today. Encoding is typically a term used in digital media, haha. i think it's something like a pie wheel used for timing?

yup thats it. It looks like a slotted disc. should be 2 of them.

It was the "encoder disc" broken, easy to replace. Just remove the exit side tray and panel, boom there it is
