KM Di470 turn on controller?Set Ip?Help!!!

Installed pi4700e onto a Di470 and don't know how to tell machine its there and set the ip for the network. My customer is getting anxious. Help me please!

hello Michael,
set the controller type to 0 in the tech rep mode.
ip settings are in the admin settings. after you enter the admin number there should be a button for network settings on the bottom of the screen.

Ok it is a Pi4700 on a Di470 and controller type is set to 0 and there is no Network settings button showing in admin settings. Any ideas? I'm not familiar whith this controller or set up.

All of this type of NIC's go bad. The same NIC is used in the Di-351 series and is having the same problem.

Our company has rebuild NIC's with modified components and the latest firmware.
