New to this forum. On and off I have had a problem with a C6500 with black marks on the pages. I have replaced the black developer unit, the high voltage connector on the back of the machine, with the high voltage wires. I have also replaced the locks on the right side of the transfer unit, the bottom one was a little bent up. The problem keeps coming back. I do put some conductive grease on the bias contact of the black developer and the problem goes away. I am afraid that the problem will come back. Any suggestions or has any one had this. Will enclose an example.
