Customer bought a used C451. Downloaded a printer driver from KM website and it is setup on the n/w as a printer, but cannot setup or access scan functions. Cannot access a web admin page either. Does anyone have a copy of the original CD or know where I can get the software bundle? All KM has on their website is print drivers and basic TWAIN drivers, but no scanner utilities

SMB or email scans work fine. twain is so 1987.
as far as not being able to get onto the copiers web page, try firefox as the browser, IE is garbage since ver 9.
does it have a fiery or no?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
